阿奇霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿奇霉素治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法:选取慢性鼻窦炎患者58例,患者经过确诊后,采用阿奇霉素进行治疗。结果:4个月后,显效15例(25.86%),有效32例(55.17%),无效11例(18.97%),总有效率为81.03%。8个月后,其中显效20例(34.48%),有效32例(55.17%),无效6例(10.34%),总有效率为89.66%。结论:阿奇霉素具有可口服、疗效高、不良反应少等优点,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To investigate the treatment of chronic sinusitis azithromycin clinical effects studies.Methods Choose 58 patients with chronic sinusitis,Patients after diagnosis,the use of azithromycin treatment.Results Four months later,had a marked effect in 15 cases（25.86%）,effective in 32 cases（55.17%）,no effect in 11 cases（18.97%）,total efficiency 81.03%.Eight months later,had a marked effect in 20 cases（34.48%）,effective in 32 cases（55.17%）,no effect in 6 cases（10.34%）,total efficiency was 89.66%.Conclusion Azithromycin can be taken orally,high efficacy,the advantages of fewer adverse reactions,should be widely used in clinical.
