摘 要:氯化剂处理法是目前解决羊毛易缩绒问题的主要方法,但存在水资源浪费及环境污染问题.以过氧乙酸对羊毛进行防毡缩处理,并采用SEM扫描电镜对处理后的羊毛纤维表面进行观察、分析.结果表明:过氧乙酸在羊毛防毡缩整理上具有很好的效果,通过正交试验确定最优方案为:过氧乙酸6 g/L,pH=7,70℃,40 min,得到的羊毛绒线具有良好的防毡缩效果,且手感柔软丰满,绒线强力下降不大.Chlorinating agent treatment is the main method to solve the felting problem of wool, but there were water resource waste and environment pollution problems. Peracetic acid was applied in anti-felting finish of wool, and the treated wool fiber surface was observed and analyzed through SEM. The results showed that peracetic acid had good effect on anti-felting finish of wool. The optimum treatment process was determined: 6 g/L of peracetic acid,pH =7, treated at 70 ℃ for 40 min. The treated wool had good anti-felting result and the handle was soft and full with low strength decreasing.
