摘 要:采用酶联免疫法测定了秤锤树扦插过程中插穗的内源激素含量的变化。结果表明,2年生母树插穗内的IAA、ZR含量大于10年生母树插穗,利于生根;10年生母树的插穗内ABA含量大于2年生母树的,表现出对生根的抑制作用;在春夏季扦插IAA/ABA呈下降趋势,在生根关键阶段,处理大于对照,表现出促进生根,而ZR/IAA值是对照大于处理,表现出抑制生根的作用。The changes of endogenous hormones contents in the cuttings of Sinojackia xylocarpa during the process of rooting were studied with ELISA in this paper. The results showed that the contents of IAA and ZR in the cuttings from two years old ortet were higher than those from 10 years old ortet. The contents of ABA in the cuttings from 10 years old ortet were higher than those from 2 years old ortet, showing the inhibition effect on rooting. When cutted in spring and summer, ratio of IAA/ABA in the cuttings was decreased with time. During the key stages of rooting, ratio of IAA/ABA in the treatment groups were higher than those in the controls, showing the promoting effect on rooting. While the value of ZR/ABA from control groups was higher than that from the treatment groups, showing the inhibiting effect on rooting.
