舒适护理在剖宫产术后产妇护理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在剖宫产术后产妇护理中的应用效果。方法选取2011年1月至2011年2月在我院行剖宫产的100例产妇作为研究对象。将产妇随机分为观察组和对照组,对观察组产妇剖宫产术后进行舒适护理,对照组产妇术后进行常规护理,比较两组产妇术后疼痛情况、母乳喂养成功率、出院前抑郁评分,根据上述三项指标结果,综合评价舒适护理在剖宫产术后产妇的护理效果。结果经研究显示,两组产妇术后疼痛率比较,观察组中度疼痛率+重度疼痛率明显低于对照组产妇,母乳喂养成功率明显高于对照组患者,出院前抑郁评分明显低于对照组,上述比较均有显著性差异,P值均<0.05,均具有统计学意义。结论对剖宫产术后产妇实施舒适护理,充分满足产妇产后心理及生理需求,能有效改善产妇的抑郁情绪,提高产妇的痛域,利于母乳喂养的成功实施。Objective To investigate the effect for comfort care in maternity care of cesarean section. Methods 100 cases of cesarean section mothers from January 2011 to February 2011 in our hospital were chosen as the research object. The mothers were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The observation group were taken comfort care of cesarean section, and the control group were taken routine care. The postoperative pain, the success rate of breastfeeding and depression score before hospital discharge for the two groups were compared. Evaluate comprehensively the effect of comfort care in maternal care of cesarean section according to the above three indicators. Results The study showed that two groups of maternal rate of postoperative pain compared, the rate of moderate pain and severe pain in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group mothers. The success rate of breastfeeding in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. The depression score patients discharged from hospital was significantly lower than control group. These comparisons were significantly different, P 〈 0.05. There were statistically significant. Conclusion Implem entation of comfort care of cesarean section, meeting the needs of postpartum psychological and physiological, can effectively improve maternal depression, improve maternal pain domain, and it is conducive to the successful implementation ofbreastfeeding.
