摘　　要：目的探讨肠溶阿司匹林对老年性肠运动功能异常性腹泻的治疗效果。方法对本院2007年1月至2011年7月期间本院收治的86例老年肠运动功能异常性腹泻患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予整肠生胶囊2粒每次,每天3次口服,观察组在应用整肠生胶囊的基础上加用肠溶阿司匹林每次0.1g,每天3次口服,统计治愈率及不良反应发生率,评价治疗效果。结果观察组43例,2d后治愈30例,治疗2d时的治愈率为69.77%,对照组43例,2d后治愈18例,治疗2d时治愈率为41.86%,观察组治愈率明显高于对照组,P<0.01,具有统计学意义,两组均未发生明显不良反应。结论肠溶阿司匹林能够减慢肠蠕动,促进营养物质的吸收,并且具有抗炎作用,能够调节菌群失调,抑制肠道炎症,与地衣芽孢杆菌制剂整肠生胶囊联合使用,对老年肠运动功能异常性腹泻具有良好的治疗效果,并且无明显的不良反应。Objective To investigate the curative effect of elderly diarrhea bowel movement dysfunction with aspirin enteric microencapsulated capsules. Method Retrospectively analyzed the clinical materials of 86 cases of elderly diarrhea bowel movement dysfunction in our hospital from January 2007 to July 2011. Divided them into observation group and control group randomly. The control group were treated with Zhengchangsheng capsules 2 each time, three times a day orally. The observation group were added Aspirin Enteric Microencapsulated Capsules 0.1 g every time, 3 times a day orally, based on the application of Zhengchangsheng capsules. The cure rate and side effects were calculated, and the curative effect was evaluated. Results In the 43 cases of observation group, 30 patients were cured 2 days later. The cure rate was 69.77% when the treatment time lasted 2 days. In the 43 cases of control group, 18patients were cured 2 days later. The cure rate was 41.86% when the treatment time lasted 2 days. The observation group＇ s cure rate was significantly higher than the control group＇s, P〈 0.01, statistically significant. No side effect happened in the two groups. Conclusion Aspirin Enteric Microencapsulated Capsules could slower peristalsis, promote nutrient absorption, and has anti-inflammatory effect. It can regulate flora, inhibit intestinal inflammation, when used with Bacillus licheniformis Zhengchangsheng capsule, it has good curative effect to elderly diarrhea bowel movement dysfunction, and no significant adverse reactions.
