摘  要:[目的]研究干旱胁迫对柔枝松幼苗耗水的影响。[方法]选择6个柔枝松种源大小一致的2年生移栽苗,研究不同干旱时期的耗水量和耗水速率。[结果]苗木耗水量和耗水速率的日变化呈"单峰型",种源Rsi的耗水量和耗水速率的变化最小,且日变化较稳定,种源Rs和Rl下降较大。根据耗水量和耗水速率判断,种源Rsi较耐旱。[结论]为其抗旱机理研究提供理论依据。[ Objective ] The aim was to study water consumption of the seedlings of Pinus flexilis James. [ Method] Selecting six 1 -year tra^s- planting seedlings, water consumption and rates of water consumption under different drought periods were studied. [ Result ] The study showed that the daily variations in quantities and rates of water consumption ( WCQ and WCR) of seedlings were single peak type ,The variation of quan- tity of water consumption and water consumption rate of provenances Rsi was the smallest, and the daily variations in quantities and rates of water consumption (WCQ and WCR) of seedlings were steady, Rs and RI decreased greatly. According to water consumption and water consumption rate, Rsi was more drought tderance. [ Conclusion ] The study provided theoretical basis for the study on drought resistance mechanism of Pinus flexilis James.
