广西农村医疗救助发展现状与政策选择

摘　　要：对当前广西农村医疗救助中存在的问题进行了分析,结果表明:农村医疗救助存在对象界定不规范、救助标准偏低、救助程序繁琐、资金使用不合理等问题。在此基础上,研究了农村医疗救助的发展思路,即完善制度设计、健全筹资体系、提高基金监管有效性、加大舆论宣传和引导力度。Problems in rural medical assistance of Guangxi currently were analyzed, the results showed that the object definition of rural medical assistance was not standard, the rescue standard was lower, rescue procedure was too verbose, the use of funds was not rational and so on. Based on this, the development ideas of rural medical assistance were studied, namely perfecting system design and financing system, improving effectiveness of funds supervision, enlarging public opinion and guide efforts.
