摘　　要：研究了土地征收过程中农民参与的现状、问题及原因,提出应促使政府转变观念,促进农村发展工作者以及结构性外生力量发挥推动作用,整合农民个体力量,大力发展农村合作社等推进农民参与的建议。This paper studied the current situation, problems and reasons of the farmers＇ participation during the land expropriation. Then the following suggestions were put forward, including promote the government to change the idea, increase efforts to promote rural development work- ers and structural exogenous forces, integrate the famers＇ individual power and develop the rural cooperatives,etc.
