摘  要:从200余株南极海冰细菌中筛选出1株二十碳五烯酸(EPA)高产南极嗜冷菌株NJ136作为研究对象,对其进行了16SrRNA序列分析;并探讨了在摇瓶培养条件下,生长温度、碳源、氮源3种主要环境因子对该菌株的生长和产EPA的影响。结果发现:该菌株系Shewanella菌属,与S.frigidimarina属于同一菌种;该菌株的EPA含量随着温度升高而降低,其最佳碳源和氮源分别为葡萄糖和酵母膏,质量体积浓度分别为10g/L和2g/L。Two hundred strains of bacteria were isolated from the Antarctic sea ice, among which the strain of NJ136 was outstanding in EPA production. NJ136 was identified as Shewanella frigidirnarina NJ136 by 16S rRNA. And its growth and EPA content with culture conditions, including temperate/carbon sources/nitrogen sources were studied. The result showed that optimum temperature was about 8 ℃, and EPA products decreased with increase of temperature. The optimum carbon source/nitrogen source were glucose/yeast extract with the level of 10 g/L and 2 g/L, respectively.
