摘　　要：环境生物技术是一门发展历史才20多a的新兴交叉边缘学科，其核心内容是研究各类微生物及其生态活动规律，从中寻找最有效的能解决目前一些环境问题的途径。本研究以我国海陆过渡带这一特殊生境为研究对象，有针对性地介绍了利用环境生物技术修复水体一土壤一植物体系污染等方面内容，并提出了海陆过渡带环境生物技术的发展战略。Environmental biotechnology is a marginal discipline which was only defined 20 years ago. It means mankind use microbial communities to provide services to society, and the science core of environmental biotechnology is microbial biocenology, which seeks to understand complex, self-assembling communities of microorganisms in terms of what micro-organisms are present, what reactions are possible, what reactions are actually occurring, and what are the interactions among the different microorganisms. The article introduces the application of environmental biotechnology in pollution treatment of water-soil- plant systems in China coastal zones, and proposed its developmental strategies.
