摘 要:介绍了材料表面微纳结构的几种制备方法及其特点,重点阐述了化学刻蚀法制备微纳结构及其结果分析,以及微纳结构对材料表面的润湿性和摩擦性能的影响,综述了材料表面微纳结构在国内外的研究进展,并对其发展进行了展望。Several kinds of preparation methods of micro-nano structure on materials surface and its characteristics were introduced. The chemical etching and its results were analyzed. The influences of micro-nano structure on the wettability and wear resistance of material surface were also introduced. At last, the research process in micro-nano structure of materials surface in China and abroad was reviewed, and its development was prospected.
