摘  要:镇泾油田长8油层是典型的超低渗透致密砂岩储层,压裂改造后出现支撑剂回流现象,导致近井地带地层出砂严重,造成裂缝部分或完全闭合,严重影响了油井的长期稳产。阐述了镇泾油田长8油层地质特征及压裂改造难点,从预防支撑剂回流、防止支撑剂沉降的角度考虑,对纤维材料性能进行了试验研究和评价,优选出了适合镇泾油田长8储层的纤维网络加砂压裂工艺。目前已经应用该工艺在现场试验了6井次,对于射孔井段位于砂体上部、中上部的储层其改造效果较好,平均日产量12.19 m3,平均日产油量5.03 t。该工艺与常规加砂压裂工艺相比,不仅实现了油井的增产,而且延长了油井的生产周期,适合在镇泾油田长8油层推广应用。Chang-8 reservoir of Zhenjing oilfield is a typical one with low permeability and tight sandstone. After fracturing, the phenomenon of proppants backflow led to serious sanding around the immediate vicinity of wellbore, caused partial or complete clo- sure of cracks and severely affected the long-term stable production of oil wells. Based on the description of the geological charac- teristics and fracturing transform problems in Chang-8 reservoir of Zhenjing oilfield and considerations from the aspects of prevent- ing the backflow and failing of proppants, this paper carried out experiments on and evaluated the performance of the fiber material, and screened out the fiber network sand fracture technology suitable for Chang-8 reservoir. Until now, the technology has been ap- plied in fields six times, and for the reservoirs with perforated interval in upper or middle upper part of their sandbory, obvious transformation effects was achieved with daily output of 12.19 m3 and average daily oil output of 5.03 t. Compared with convention- al sand fracture techniques, this technology can not only increase the production of oil wells but also prolong the production period of oil wells and therefore it is advisable for the popularization and application of the new technology in Chang-8 reservoir.
