摘　　要：瑞芬太尼具有独特的药代动力学特点，能迅速达到有效血药浓度并在血浆中快速代谢，可应用手肝肾功能不全和心脏功能下降的患者．同其他阿片类相比较具有围术期心脏保护功能。用瑞芬太尼进行镇痛及镇静治疗，可实现早期复苏，早期脱离呼吸机及早期拔管的目标，为避免由长期的机械通气所引发的并发症提供了有效的支持。Remifentanil has a unique pharmacokinetic profile, with a rapid onset and offset.Its use can be recommended even in patients with poor cardiovascular function. A potential protective cardiac preconditioning effect has been suggested. Drug-related adverse effects seem to be comparable with other opioids. Many randomized controlled trials demonstrated that the potential benefits of remifentanil in cardiac surgery not only include a profound protection against intraoperative stimulation,but also rapid postoperative recovery, early weaning from mechanical ventilation,and fast extubation.
