怀化市60—69岁城乡老年人身体机能对比研究

摘　　要：运用文献综述法、测试法和数理统计法,对怀化市鹤城区、芷江县、中方县、洪江县、通道县60-69岁老年人的安静脉搏、收缩压、舒张压、肺活量进行测试,并与同龄乡村老年人进行身体机能对比.结果表明:1)怀化市60-69岁城乡男性老年人的呼吸系统机能优于同年龄组的城乡女性老年人,且下降速度也较同年龄组的女性老年人缓慢;2)怀化市60-69岁城乡男性老年人心血管机能弱于同年龄组城乡女性老年人,且下降速度也较同年龄组的女性老年人快;3)怀化市60-69岁城镇男、女性老年人的心血管机能均优于农村同性别老年人,而呼吸系统机能均弱于农村同性别老年人;4)10年间城镇男性老年人心血管机能下降速度及动脉血管壁弹性下降幅度较同龄乡村男性老年人快,而女性呈相反趋势;5)10年间同年龄组农村男、女性老年人呼吸系统机能减弱速度均较城镇同性别老年人快.By summarizing literatures, test, and mathematical statistics the elderly 60 - 69 in Cape Town Huaihua, ZhiJiang, ZhongFang, Hongjiang, Tongdao, test whose quiet pulse, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and lung vital capacity with their peers. Results show that： 1 ） The rural and the urban male elderlies＇ respiratory function are better than the women elderlies of 60 - 69 years old in huaihua, and the rate of decline is also more slowly than the same age group of women elderlies; 2） The rural and the urban male elderlies＇ cardiovascular function are weaker than the women elderlies of 60 - 69 years old in Huaihua, and the rate of decline is also more quickly than the same age group of women elderlies; 3） In Huaihua City, the urban male and female elderly cardiovascular function are better than the rural older people of 60 - 69 years old with the same sex, and respiratory function are weaker than the elderly in rural areas of the same sex; 4） The rate of decline of cardiovascular function and arterial wall elasticity of the urban male elderly decrease faster than the rural male elderly in 10 years, while women showed the opposite trend; 5） The respiratory function of the male and female elderly with the same age group in rural areas decreased faster than those urban elderly of the same sex in 10 years.
