摘　　要：通过文献资料、社会调查、访谈、逻辑分析等方法,分析了我国职业足球中"黑哨"的社会危害性以及产生的主要环境因素,从社会、经济以及足球自身的发展、国内外体育法治的理论与实践等方面分析了司法介入的必要性和可行性,并提出了司法介入我国足球"黑哨"的建议.Through the literature material, social, investigation, logic analysis method, the author analyzed the social harmfulness of the Chinese professional football in ＂ black whistle＂ and the main environmental factors. The necessity and feasibility of the judicial intervention were analyzed from the society, economy and its own development, football domestic and international sports and the rule of law theory and practice. The suggestion of judicial intervention in Chinese football ＂black whistle＂ was put forword.
