摘  要:商务类专业要培养高素质技能型专门人才,需积极开发基于真实职业环境的实训模式。这种模式应具有开放性、双重性、持续性、分散性和收益的差异性等特征,可以分为校内顶岗型、服务外包型、双向选择准员工型、练摊创业型等类型。商务类专业在具体选择组合时要注意兼顾学校利益、企业利益和学生利益,兼顾专业能力培养、方法能力培养和社会能力培养,兼顾校内外、学期内外、课堂内外的结合。The training of high quality ability-oriented business talents calls for the development of training mode in real professional environment. The mode should be characterized by openness, duplicity, continuity, dispensability and income discrepancy, which can be classified as post-replacement on campus, service-contract, two-way selected Para employment, practice-oriented pioneering, etc.. In terms of mode selection, the business majors should take into account the interests of the school, the enterprise and the students with due attention to the training of professional competence, method selection, social ability and the combination of both in and outside campus, semester and class.
