完善我国赌博罪立法构想

摘　　要：赌博古已有之,发展至今,手段不断翻新,给国家和社会带来严重危害,而我国当今的赌博立法存在一定的滞后性,不能有效打击赌博犯罪,赌博罪的立法完善势在必行。本文从赌博罪的罪名体系、犯罪主体和刑罚三个方面,系统阐释了依据我国国情,应如何完善赌博罪的相关立法。Gambling has existed since ancient and developed so far, gambling means has constantly upgraded, and it has brought serious harm to the state and the society, and our gambling legislation today is considerable lag, it can not effectively combat the proliferation of gambling crime, so the proliferation of crime legislation is imperative.
