摘　　要：酒,在人类文化的历史长河中,它已不仅仅是一种客观的物质存在,而是一种文化象征。酒文化在中国源远流长,不少文人学士写下了品评鉴赏美酒佳酿的著述。酒作为一种特殊的文化载体,在传统的中国文化中占有独特的地位。酒文化已经渗透到人类社会生活中的各个领域,对文学艺术、医疗卫生等各方面都有着巨大影响和作用。同时,酒被称为"百礼之首",也出现在大量的诗、词、赋中。《诗经》是我国第一部现实主义的诗歌总集,其中的雅、颂两大部分中有大量的与酒相关的诗句,从这些酒诗我们可以看到先秦时期的酒文化特点。Wine in the history of human culture is not just an objective matter, but a cultural symbol.Wine culture in China has a long history; many literates wrote works which are about appreciation and tasting of wine. Wine as a special carrier of traditional Chinese Culture enjoys a unique position. Wine culture has penetrated into all areas of human social life, and has a significant influence on literature, art, health and other aspects. Meanwhile, the wine called ＂Bai Li Zhi Shou＂ also appears in a lot of poetry, CI, Fu. The Songs is the first realistic general China＇ s anthologies of poetry, two of them, ode and hymns to indecent, have large number of wine - related poetry, and we can see the characteristics of wine culture from the poetry of these wines in preQin period.
