卡内基范式:从“由穷到富”到“由富到贵”

摘　　要：据国际货币基金组织(IMF)发布的2010年数据显示,中国人均GDP为4283美元,位列世界第95位。种种迹象表明,也如一些专家所指出和判断的那样,经由30多年的改革开放,时下中国整体社会场景基本完成了一个"由穷到富"的动态过程。那么,接下来,如何才能规避并且走出可能的"中等收入陷阱",即如何实现"由富到贵"的提升问题,无疑将是中国未来发展探索中的必然诉求和应有之义。由鉴于此,对于像我们这样的一个发展中国家内的企业卓越成长与社会良性建设期望而言,美国钢铁大王卡内基及其所创办的企业组织、慈善机构、卡内基教学促进基金会等对美国含大学发展在内的社会长足进展过程中的卓越贡献与积极推动,无疑具有着极其重要的标杆借鉴、激励示范与价值启迪作用。As showed IMF 2010 data, China GDP per capita is 42385 which remains small locating the ninety-fifth in the world. The whole society in China has realized a dynamic process from poverty to wealthy in the main. Nevertheless, we have to thinking about how to walk away from the trap of medium income, how to move from wealthy to nobility in our China. Therefore, Andrew Carnegie and its corporations, donations, Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching play a great part in promoting American society. It is no doubt that these outstanding experiences can give us a surveyor＇s pole and benchmark.
