摘  要:为了研究不同生草方式对葡萄叶片荧光动力学参数及果实品质的影响,以新鲜葡萄品种红提为试材,以清耕制为对照,分别在葡萄行间种植矮豆角,豌豆,紫花苜蓿。在开花期、膨大期和成熟期分别对葡萄叶片进行荧光动力学参数、叶绿素相对含量和果实品质的测定。结果表明:生草方式可以不同程度提高红提成熟期叶片的Fv/Fo和Fv/Fm,延缓红提叶片的衰老;行间生草提高了葡萄叶片的ΦPSII和ETR;生草还可以增加红提叶片的qP,使PSII电子传递能力有所提高,而同时生草则降低了qN,增强了叶片的光合作用。此外,生草制可以提高红提膨大期和成熟期叶片的叶绿素相对含量,提高了叶片的生长速度。根据果实品质的测定分析,生草制在不同程度上提高了果实的可溶性固形物含量、总糖含量、Vc含量和糖酸比,减低了总酸含量,提高了果实的内在品质。In order to research into the different grass effects on the different stages of Red Globe,we planted dwarf beans,peas,alfalfa in the inter-row of grapes.The Chlorophyll fluorescence,relative leaf chlorophyll contents and fruit quality were measured in blossom period,fruit expansion and mature period.The results show that grass can be increased the the Fv/Fo and Fv/Fm with different extent in mature period of Red Globe.The grass can improve the Red Globe leaves of ΦPSII,while it reduce the ETR.Grass can enhance the qP to improve the ability of electron transfer of ΦPSII,while the qN was reduced and the leaves photosynthesis was enhanced.The relative leaf chlorophyll contents were improved that the leaf growth speed was improved by grass in expansion period and mature period.The grass can be improved content of the soluble solids,total sugar,Vc and the ratio of sugar and acid,induced the total acid content,so internal quality were improved.
