新疆绒山羊(北疆型)血液生理生化指标与绒长、产绒量相关性分析

摘　　要：为了探明新疆绒山羊血液生理生化指标与绒长、产绒量相关性,试验对1～8岁的200只新疆绒山羊(北疆型)的谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶、总蛋白、白蛋白、γ-谷氨酪转肽酶、总胆红素、直接胆红素、尿素氮、肌酐、尿酸、血糖、甘油三脂、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白、钾、钠、氯、钙等血液生理生化指标及其绒长、产绒量进行了测定,并对试验数据进行处理分析。结果显示:新疆白绒山羊血液生理生化指标与绒长、产绒量存在一定相关性,但相关性差异不显著(P>0.05)。由此表明新疆绒山羊血液生理生化指标对绒长、产绒量无显著影响。This study aims to evaluate the correlation of blood physiological and biochemical indexes with fuzz length and cashmere yield in Xinjiang cashmere goats.In this experiment,we determined the physiological and biochemical indexs in blood with glutamic-oxalacetic transaminease,glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,alkaline phosphatase,total protein,albumin,γ-glutamy1 casein GGT,total bilirubin direct bilirubin,blood urea nitrogen,creatinine,uric acid,glucose,triglycerides,cholesterol,high density lipoprotein,potassium,sodium,chloride,calcium etc,and fuzz length and cashmere yield of 200 1~8 year-old northern Xinjiang cashmere goats,and analyzed the experimental data.Theresults showed that blood physiological and biochemical indexes had certain impacts on fuzz length and cashmere yield,but did not have significant deferences（P0.05）.It is suggested that blood physiological and biochemical indexes were not the main influencing factors on fuzz length and cashmere yield.
