七味利湿散治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨和研究七味利湿散在治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的功效,并且挖掘七味利湿散的临床疗效。方法:将轮状病毒肠炎患儿36例,随机数字表法分为两组,分别是治疗组18例,采用口服七味利湿散治疗;而对照组18例采用口服蒙脱石散治疗。治疗6天后,比较疗效。结果:治疗组有效16例,总有效率为89%,对照组有效11例,总有效率为61.1%,治疗组疗效优于对照组,检验差异有显著性。结论:七味利湿散治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎有肯定的疗效。Objective： To investigate and sduty the effect of infantile rotavirus enteritis treated by of Qiwei dampness scattered, and research the clinical effects of Qiwei dampness scattered. Method：Randomly divided the 36 cases of children patients with infant rotavirus enteritis into two groups. The treatment group which contained 18 cases were treated with Qiwei dampness scattered, while the control group which contained the other 18 cases were treated with oral montmorillonite powder. Compared their effects after 6 days＇ treatment. Results In the treatment group, 16 cases were effective with the total effective rate of 89%. In the control group, 11 cases were effective with the total effective rate of 61.1%. The treatment group were obviously better than the control group, the test difference is significant. Conclusion： Qiwei dampness scattered could positively treat the infantile rotavirus enteritis.
