摘　　要：目的:研究中医治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒的临床效果。方法:对2009年5月～2010年10月我院门诊治疗的184例糖尿病皮肤瘙痒患者进行了研究,将患者随机分为两组,对照组采用西药治疗,治疗组患者采用中医方法治疗,比较临床效果。结果:治疗组临床疗效及血糖水平均好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医治疗糖尿病皮肤瘙痒效果显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective： Study the effect of chinese medicine on diabetic pruritis. Methods： 184 patents were enrolled, control group was treated with western medicine, and treatment group was treated by chinese medicine. Results： clinical symptom and level of blood glucose of treatment group were better than control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of Chinese medicine on diabetic pruritis was excellent, it was worthy for clinical application.
