摘　　要：过敏性紫癜是多种因素引起的小血管炎病变,可累及皮肤、关节、胃肠道及肾脏等多器官,其中肾脏损伤直接关系到本病的预后。丁樱教授经过潜心研究,认为小儿过敏性紫癜病机以"热"、"虚"、"瘀"为主,治疗上初期强调清热解毒,活血化瘀贯穿始终,不但能在较短时间内缓解症状,而且极大地减少了肾损的发生。Henoch-Schonlein purpura is caused by many factors vasculitis disease, can affect the skin, joints, gastrointestinal tract and kidneys and other organs, including kidney damage is directly related to the prognosis of this disease. Professor Ding Ying After painstaking research, that the pathogenesis of purpura with ＂hot＂, ＂false＂, ＂stasis＂ the main emphasis on the early treatment of detoxification, blood circulation throughout, not only in a relatively short period of time to ease symptoms, but also greatly reduces the incidence of renal damage.
