财政科技拨款对区域经济增长质量影响分析

摘　　要：文章选取GDP增长率、产业结构、劳动报酬占GDP比重,以及GDP能耗和单位工业增加值的"三废"排放量为考察指标,依据年统计数据,运用灰色关联分析法,分析这五方面经济增长质量因素在2000-2009十年间与山西省地方财政科技拨款的关联度。结论表明,山西省财政科技拨款与经济增长质量关系紧密,特别是对于GDP增长率的提高和产业结构的高级化。It selects growth rate of GDP, industrial structure, proportion between labor compensation and GDP,energy consumption and ＂three wastes＂ emissions per unit of GDP to be the indexes. With the statistical data, it used the grey relational analysis to analyse the relationship between the five factors of the quality of economic growth in Shanxi Province from 2000 to 2009 and the local financial technology funding. The conclusion showed that, in the past ten years, it showed close relationship between the financial technology funding and quality of economic growth, especially for growth rate of GDP,industrial structure, and then put forward the suggestions.
