摘　　要：国际环境犯罪对人类共同的生存环境造成了巨大危害,国际环境犯罪在性质上属于一种国际犯罪,具有其独特的犯罪构成,从事了国际环境犯罪应承担国际刑事责任。国际社会和各国政府对国际环境犯罪的惩治对于我国政府在打击环境犯罪和参与国际合作方面的立法与政府决策有重要的启示。International environmental crime has done gre the mankind.
