政策因素对河南省县域经济发展的影响——基于河南省强县扩权政策的实施

摘　　要：选出对河南省县域经济发展具有显著影响作用的一些因素,特别是强县扩权这一政策因素,利用道格拉斯生产函数的原理,对其进行定量分析.得出政策因素即强县扩权的实施对县域经济的发展有很大的促进作用,并在此基础上提出促进河南县域经济发展的对策与建议.Selected some factors which have significant influence on the county economic development of Henan Province, especially the policy factors of Expanding and Strengthening Counties＇ Power. By the principle of Douglas production function, and carring on the quantitative analysis, concluded that the policy factors of Expanding and Strengthening Counties＇ Power have great influence on promoting the county economy. On that basis, made some considerations and suggestions about promoting the county economy.
