中英美游泳教员培养内容比较

摘　　要：对中英美游泳教员培养内容进行比较,发现英美游泳教员培养内容具有重点突出、等级内容衔接完整、重视培养组织教学和制定教学文件能力、重视传授"生存技能"等特点,这为我国游泳教员培养内容的丰富和完善提供了一定的理论参考.Compared the training content among swimming trainers from China, USA and England. It is found that the training content among swimming trainers from USA and England has the characteristics including highlighting key points and fully connection of grade content, the recognition of cultivating the capacity of education organization, the formulation of education files and the attention of handling down survival skills. These characteristics have provided certain literature reference for improving our swimming trainer＇ s training content.
