摘　　要：高校招收高水平运动员是我国竞技体育改革的[scy2]必然趋势,通过对运动员进行问卷调查,了解高水平运动员学习状况,运用因子分析的方法找出影响学习效果的主要因子,以期为高校高水平运动队的管理提供一定的帮助,并且为我国进一步的体育改革提供一定的理论支持。Establishing elite sports team by the college is the inevitable trend of competitive sports reform in our country.Through the method of questionnaire survey,we collected the information about the learning status of the elite athletes.Factor analysis was employed to select the key factors which affect the learning effects.We expected the results of this research could be helpful for the management of the elite sports team in the college and provide some proponent for the further reform of sports.
