摘 要:采用营养液培养的方法,研究了低钾胁迫对甘蔗不同品系生长和光合特性的影响。结果表明:低钾胁迫显著抑制了ROC22、粤糖60号和BC2-32正常生长,植株干重分别是正常钾水平的70.66%、62.63%和52.88%;低钾胁迫处理下,甘蔗净光合速率、气孔导度和蒸腾速率均低于正常钾水平处理,但胞间CO2浓度升高。植株生物量与净光合速率之间存在极显著正相关关系(r=0.87**,n=18),说明低钾胁迫降低了甘蔗的净光合速率,进而影响了甘蔗的正常生长。In order to study growth and photosynthetic characteristics of sugarcane plants under low potassium (K) stress, a hydroponic experiment was conducted. The results showed that ROC22, YT60 and BC2-32 were significantly inhibited by low K stress, and that the total dry weights of sugarcane plants with low K stress were 29.34%, 37.37% and 47.12% smaller than that those plants with normal K supply. In comparison to normal K supply, net photosynthetic rate (P,), stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate (E) decreased under low K stress, but intercellular COz concentration (Ci) increased. The correlation between biomass and P. was 0.87^** (n=18). In conclusion, low K stress reduced Pn of sugarcane plants, thereby affecting the normal growth of sugarcane plants.
