摘  要:本研究选取ROC22、粤糖00-236 2个甘蔗品种为实验材料,通过正交试验设计,研究6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)、噻苯隆(TDZ)、萘乙酸(NAA)、多效唑(PP333)4种植物生长调节剂对甘蔗健康种苗繁殖过程中丛芽苗分化的影响。实验结果表明,甘蔗健康种苗丛芽苗的分化主要受各品种遗传特性决定,不同品种对繁殖培养基的激素水平要求差异较大,在4种激素中,对ROC22丛芽苗分化影响的主次因素为TDZ>NAA>PP333>6-BA,对粤糖00-236丛芽苗分化的影响主次顺序为6-BA>TDZ>NAA>PP333。实验结果表明,适宜的激素浓度组合是提高繁殖效率的关键,因此,甘蔗健康种苗繁殖过程中,应根据不同品种生长特性筛选最优培养基。In this study, the effect of 6-BA, NAA, PP333, TDZ in medium for the propagation of healthy plants of Yuetang00-236, ROC22 was investigated by using orthogonal experiment design. The results showed that the best medium for the three varieties were different. Among the four plant growth regulators, the most important factor for the propagation of Yuetang 00-236 was 6-BA, followed by TDZ, NAA and PP333, but for that of ROC22, the important factor was TDZ, followed by NAA, PP333 and 6-BA. The study indicated that the combination of the concentration of the growth regulators is the key factor for the sugarcane healthy plant propagating efficiency, and therefore, special medium should been screened for a variety to enhance its propagating.
