提升“三农”金融服务,推动云南桥头堡建设——以昆明市为例

摘　　要：桥头堡建设是中国扩大对外开放和支持云南加快经济社会跨越式发展的重大战略部署。该文以云南省昆明市为例,认为城乡统筹是解决城乡失衡和"三农"难题的根本出路,而城乡统筹并实现城乡一体化,关键和突破口是"三农"金融服务,并提出了昆明市提升"三农"金融服务的基本设想。The Bridgehead Construction is a pivotal strategy for our country to expand opening - up and accel- erate the leaping development of Yunnan＇s economic society. Taking Kunming, the capital city of Yunnan Province, for example, the author reveals the severe disparity within the urban - rural economic development, points out that the balanced development by upgrading the rural financial service is the key solution to address the issues about countryside, agriculture and peasant, and puts forward the basic planning for it.
