摘　　要：文章围绕唐山市建设人才强市的目标,以大量详实的数据客观分析了唐山市区域性高层次人才队伍建设的现状和问题,并将相关数据对比分析,提出了具有针对性和可操作性的意见和建议。Based on the goal of Tangshan city with talents to strengthen the city,this paper,with a large number of detailed data,objectively analyzes the present situation of Tangshan regional high-level talents construction and problems,and carries out the related data comparative analysis,then puts forward a directional and operable suggestions.
