摘 要:通过碱度异常技术(Alkalinity anomaly technique)方法测定了栉孔扇贝(Chlamys farreri)在不同盐度条件下的钙化率和呼吸率,发现栉孔扇贝的钙化和呼吸活动受盐度影响显著(P<0.5)。在海水盐度为15~25时,钙化率随盐度提高呈上升趋势,后随盐度降低而下降。在盐度为15~25,呼吸率随盐度提高而增大,盐度为25~35,呼吸率下降。钙化率与呼吸率均在盐度25时达到最高值,分别为0.33±0.02μmol/(FW g.h)(钙化率)、(2.32±0.10)μmol/(FW g.h)(碳呼吸)、2.87±0.14μmol/(FW g.h)(氧呼吸),此时钙化和呼吸活动向环境释放CO2也最强烈。The calcification rate and respiratory rate of Chlamys farreri are impacted by the salinity evidently,which are investigated using the method of "Alkalinity anomaly technique".The calcification rate rises with salinity in the range of 15-25,then fails as salinity down.The respiratory rate increases in the range of 15-25,and decreases in the range of 25-35.And calcification rate,respiratory rate of CO2 and O2 all reach maximum in salinity 25,which are 0.33±0.02 μmol/(FW g·h),2.32±0.10 μmol/(FW g·h) and 2.87±0.14 μmol/(FW g·h) respectively.CO2 released by Chlamys farreri also reaching maximum in that condition.Speculation can be gotten from the results above: Calcification,respiration and CO2 releasing by both above may reach maximum in summer and autumn for the seasonal change of precipitation.The Global-Warming which has positive feedback relationship with calcifition and respiriton of scallop will promote releasing CO2 by the marine calcification biology in the future.
