基于市民社会和法团主义理论对我国体育非营利组织发展的思考

摘　　要：各种非营利组织的兴起是现代社会发展的趋势之一。体育非营利组织的发展,是建设体育强国,促进我国体育事业深入发展的必然要求。在简述了市民社会和法团主义的理论主张后,概括分析了这两种理论对我国非营利组织发展的渗透,并在此基础上提出了立足市民社会精神,大力培育草根体育非营利组织、依据法团主义理论对体育社团进行分类改革和通过制度创新促进体育类民办非企业单位的发展等几点思考。The rise of various non-profit organization is the trend of the modern society.It is a necessary requirement for constructing powerful country in sports and promoting the further development of sports enterprise to develop the sports non-profit organization.After a brief introduction of the civil society and corporatism theory,the article analyzed the penetration in China＇s sports from the civil society and corporatism,and proposed to greatly cultivate grassroots non-profit organization on the spirit of civil society basis;according to the theory of corporatism,classified the sports community for reformation;and through the system innovation,promoted the development of sport orgnization of private non-enterprise.
