摘 要:选用四种不同煤泥、采用三种不同制浆工艺制备了一系列煤泥水煤浆,以木质素磺酸盐作为分散剂,对煤泥水煤浆成浆性浓度、流动性、稳定性等进行了对比分析。结果表明,煤泥的成浆性与制浆工艺的选择和煤泥本身的性质有关,干法制浆时煤泥的成浆性、稳定性和流动性最好;干法制浆最有利于提高煤泥的成浆性浓度,但浮选后精煤泥干法制浆最不利于提高成浆性浓度;在髙灰条件下,影响定粘浓度的因素主要是灰分,在低灰条件下,影响定粘浓度的主要因素则是碳含量。Selected four different coal slimes,and then take sodium lignosulfonate as additives,used three different technologies to make coal water slurry.Studied and compared the slurry concentration,mobility,stability and other aspects of the properties of coal water slurry.The results show that the slurry ability relevant to the selection of technology and the nature of slime slurry,when the dry slime technology has the best slurry ability,mobility and stability.Dry slime technology is favorable to improve the slurry concentration,and the float coal after flotation technology is the least favorable to improve the slurry concentration.Under the high-ash condition,the main influence factor of the fixed viscosity concentration is the ash content.Under the low-ash condition,the main influence factor of the fixed viscosity concentration is the carbon content.
