摘  要:为了解聚天冬氨酸锰(Ⅱ)对植物抗盐性的影响,使用不同浓度的聚天冬氨酸锰(Ⅱ)(poly-aspartic man-ganese(Ⅱ))分别对油菜(Brassica campestris L.)种子和幼苗进行处理。在盐胁迫条件下,经0.1mg/L聚天冬氨酸锰(II)浸种的油菜幼苗的存活率是未浸种组的2.0倍;浸种及叶面喷施7d后使油菜SOD,POD和CAT酶活均有增高,在试验所选浓度范围内12.5mg/L为最适喷施浓度(P<0.05);随聚天冬氨酸锰(Ⅱ)喷施浓度增加,叶绿素含量增加。结果表明:在试验条件下用聚天冬氨酸锰(Ⅱ)模拟物浸种和叶面喷施能有效提高油菜幼苗存活率和幼苗期油菜抵抗盐害的能力。In order to know the anti-salt stressing effect of poly-aspartic manganese(Ⅱ),Poly-aspartic manganese(Ⅱ) of different densities was used on Brassica campestris L.seeds and seedlings.Under salt-stressing condition,the sprouting percentage of seeds presoaked by 0.1 mg/L poly-aspartic manganese(Ⅱ) was twice of the un-presoaked ones.After seven days,presoaking action raised the activities of SOD,POD,CAT and the Chlorophyll content.12.5 mg/L was the best among all the stressing concentratiphs(P〈0.05).The results showed that by raising poly-aspartic manganese(Ⅱ),the Chlorophyll content increased.Under the experiment stress,poly-aspartic manganese(Ⅱ) mimic presoaking and leaf spraying could efficiently increase the seed germination and seedling survival rate of Brassica campestris L.,and cauld raise their anti-salt-stressing ability during seedling period.
