草莓根腐病菌拮抗细菌的分离与筛选

摘  要:为了筛选对草莓根腐病具有拮抗作用的细菌,本试验采用土壤稀释分离法、对峙培养法等方法。从昌平区兴寿镇草莓基地采集的16份土样中分离得到106株细菌。以草莓根腐病菌为靶标,筛选出7株具有明显拮抗作用的菌株,其中1-9和8-3菌株抑菌范围较广,对3种草莓根腐病菌具有抑制作用;2-4菌株对草莓根腐病菌的抑菌范围最窄,仅对1种草莓根腐病菌有抑制作用。对其他供试植物病原真菌抑菌谱测定得知,1-9,12-4,16-1等菌株抑菌范围较广,对供试的7种以上的植物病原真菌均有抑制作用。拮抗细菌生物膜和代谢产物检测结果表明,7株拮抗细菌都能产生生物膜和吲哚乙酸,推测这些菌株具有较强的定植能力和促生效果。In order to screen antagonistic bacteria for strawberry root rot bio-control,soil dilution separation and confrontation culture method were used in this study.16 soil samples were collected from the strawberry base in Xingshou town,Changping District,Beijing.106 strains of bacteria were isolated,and 7 of which have been detected to have inhibition action to pathogenic fungi of strawberry root rot.The strains 1-9 and 8-3 have a wide range of inhibition against 3 kinds of strawberry root rot pathogenic fungi,while strain 2-4 has a narrow range of inhibition against 1 of that.The strains 1-9,12-4 and 16-1 have a wide antifugal range on 7 fungi.Some bacteria related substances of the 7 strains of antagonistic bacteria were detected in this study.The results showed that all of the 7 strains could form biofilm and produce indole acetic acid,which indicated that they were well colonized on the plant.
