摘 要:SAGD生产过程中需要不断注入大量的高温蒸汽,在储层中不可避免地会引发固、液、气三相物质强烈的物理、化学作用,尤其是水—岩作用会使储层岩石的部分性状、孔隙结构等发生改变。通过试验区取心井的岩心资料分析研究,认为SAGD生产过程中,Ng油藏的储层发生了岩石矿物的溶解与转化、黏土矿物的膨胀、微粒迁移堵塞等变化,并由此导致储层物性和孔隙结构的变化与伤害。同时分析了引起储层伤害的主要因素和机理,提出了减少伤害的措施建议,为SAGD生产过程中的动态调整提供依据。A large amount of high temperature steam is continuously injected into the reservoir during SAGD production and strong physical and chemical reactions will inevitably take place among the solid,liquid and gas phase substances in the formations,especially the water-rock interaction will cause the partial character and pore structure of reservoir rocks to change.Through analysis of the core data from the coring wells in the test area,it is considered that such changes as dissolution and transformation of rock minerals,swelling of clay minerals and migration and blockage of particles have taken place in the Ng reservoir during SAGD production,leading to the change of and damage to reservoir physical property and pore structure.The key factors and mechanism of reservoir damage were analyzed and some recommendations were given to eliminate the damage,which has provided a basis for adjusting the SAGD performance.
