摘 要:为了抑制深水天然气井生产测试时生成水合物,针对深水环境海底高压低温特性,研究水合物生成与井筒压力、温度分布和含液量的关系,通过井筒分段方式建立井筒温度分布预测模型,考虑冷凝水和凝析油的影响,建立含液天然气井井筒压力分布模型。实例计算表明,低产气量、低井口压力状态生产测试时和开关井过程中,靠近海床的井筒及以上部分温度下降显著,有利于水合物生成。理论计算和实测值吻合较好,说明建立的模型和理论计算结果能很好地指导实际生产。To inhibit the formation of hydrate during production tests in deepwater natural gas wells,the relationship of the hydrate formation with the wellbore pressure,temperature distribution and fluid level was studied in the paper.A model was established to predict temperature distribution in wellbore by segmentation of the wellbore and considering the effects of condensate water and condensate oil,another model was set up to predict pressure distribution in the wellbore of natural gas wells with fluid cut.The examples given in this paper indicate that the temperature of the wellbore near the sea floor and above it decreases more remarkably during production tests and startup/shut-in of wells having low production and low wellhead pressure,which can easily lead to the hydrate formation.The theoretical calculation was in good agreement with the measured values,indicating that the models and theoretical calculation results could provide guidance for production.
