集对论下的农村体育与农村社会经济协调发展评价建模

摘　　要：应用集对论构建了农村体育与农村社会经济协调发展评价模型,并以湖南为例进行了实证分析。结果表明:(1)该评价模型计算方法简便,整个评价过程无任何主观色彩,评价结果与实际吻合较好,可信度高;(2)态势度ds、de、k和协调发展指数值的大小可作为政府制定农村体育与农村社会经济协调发展政策的参考依据;(3)评价指标和等级标准的选用应由当地社会经济与体育发展的实际水平来确定。Model for Coordinated Development Evaluation of Sports and Social Economy in Rural Areas based on SPA （Set Pair Analysis） was established in this paper. With Hunan province as an example, a comprehensive evaluation was performed for its coordinated development. The result showed that the theoretical basis was clear, careful, simple and credible. The result of evaluation could provide references for the government to draw up a policy of the coordinated development of sports and society, economy. The choice of evaluation and criteria-level should be defined from local economic development level.
