农村民俗体育发展及其对新农村建设的作用——以河南省为例

摘　　要：对河南省农村民俗体育的发展现状进行了分析,认为其发展的有利因素有:农村体育经费投入加大,农民的生活水平不断提高,农民闲暇时间充裕等。指出其存在的问题有:农民体育意识淡薄,不良生活习惯影响身体健康水平,基层体育管理体制不健全,体育设施建设投入不够,体育比赛项目单一等。并对河南省农村民俗体育对社会主义新农村建设的作用进行了分析。This paper analyzed functions of folk sports in building new countryside in Henan Province. The current situation of folk sports in the countryside of Henan Provice showed that the investment in rural sports had increased, the quality of life had improved and the farmers had more time for leisure sports. However, problems still existed. There were farmers who were not aware of the importance of sports and who did not have a good habit of life. There was not enough expenditure in sports facility construction. The management system was not perfect. The sports competitions only included fixed events.
