摘　　要：通过比较改制后四届全运会的成绩,对我国全运整体格局特征进行了深入分析,指出我国目前的全运格局存在严重的"梯度化"不平衡性发展、集团间竞争活力下降、竞技强省"强者更强"特征突出、中层实力集团内部名次"互换"、部分省份的"全运战略"与"奥运战略"存在偏差等问题,另外通过各省份的奖牌分布对其优势项目布局结构进行了分析与构架。In order to provide a theoretical reference for the overall coordination of China＇s athletic sports＇ development and for the rational distribution and optimization of dominant events of each provinces, the article studied the results of the recent four sessions of the National Games and the overall pattern features of China＇s National Games. It was pointed out that sports development was uneven in China. The competitiveness of provinces better in sports becomes greater. The rank within middle-power group has swapped, the relationship between National Game strategy and Olympic Game strategy is not fully recognized in some provinces. Furthermore, based on the medal distribution, the dominant events layout and structure for every province are analyzed.
