汽车大梁用热轧黑皮表面钢的生产工艺探讨

摘　　要：在分析热轧钢板表面氧化铁皮结构及影响因素的基础上,探讨了汽车大梁用黑皮表面钢的生产工艺技术。对510 MPa级的黑皮钢,可以通过较低硅含量的成分设计和适当的轧制工艺控制来实现;而对于高强度的610L,由于FeO的共析转变温度较低,还需要严格的钢卷冷却控制才能实现。Production process of hot rolled black surface plates for automobile beam is discussed by analyzing iron oxide structure on the hot rolled steel and its influence factors.510 MPa steel can be produced through low-silicon composition design and appropriate rolling process,but for higher strength 610L steel,it also needs strict cooling control because of FeO lower eutectoid transformation temperature.
