摘　　要：本文提出了一种基于GPRS技术的图书馆手机短信服务平台的设计与实现方案,详细讨论了系统的功能、系统设计和关键技术实现的过程。该系统具有双向通讯功能,及时主动地为读者提供个性化推送服务,可以满足图书馆开展短信服务的要求,有效提高图书资源利用率。This paper puts forward a scheme of library mobile phone short message service plattorm design and implementation based on GPRS technology. The detailed analysis of the functions of the system, system design and key technique of process are discussed. The system has the advantages of two--way communication functions, provides personalized recommendation for readers timely, meets the requirements of the library in carrying out the short message service and improves the book re sources utilization effectively.
