摘　　要：社会工程的主体是人,以人的主观与客观的统一,历史与逻辑的统一,自然性与社会性的统一,目的与规律的统一为哲学基础。在此基础上,我们不得不在真、善、美的指引下,把社会工程哲学作为一门新兴的应用学科,借以完善人类道德,提升人类素养,促使人类文明进步,也为构建和谐社会增添文明元素。Human beings are the main body of social engineering,with unities of subject and object,history and logic,nature and society,purpose and law as its philosophical foundation.Based on this,we have to regard social engineering philosophy as an applied discipline under the guidance of truth,goodness and beauty,by which to improve the morality and quality of human beings so as to promote human civilization.Besides,it will provide civilization elements for building a harmonious society.
