基层国库退库工作难点及对策分析

摘　　要：退库工作作为调节经济、照顾特困企业、落实国家扶贫政策、鼓励出口创汇和吸引外商投资等方面的一种有效手段,在促进地方经济发展和调节经济平衡等方面发挥着重要作用。根据基层国库退库工作实际,分析退库工作所面临的难点,提出相应的对策,防范风险,才能最大程度确保国库资金安全。Withdrawal from treasury plays a very important role in promoting local economic development and adjusting economic balance as an effective measure,which can adjust economy,support the extremely poor enterprise,implement national poverty reduction policy,encourage export and attract foreign investment.This paper based on the practical work of withdrawal from treasury,analyses the difficulties and put forward countermeasures which can guard against the risk and make sure the security of treasury funds.
