摘 要:介绍了基于紫外光敏材料硅酸铋(BSO)晶体光寻址液晶光阀(LCLV)的工作原理和设计要求。研究BSO的光电导特性,论述了BSO晶体产生光电导效应的机理,设计了BSO晶体电导特性的测试方案,测量BSO晶体的光电特性,表明BSO具有良好的紫外光电导特性,可作为光寻址LCLV的光敏层。通过实验测量得到了液晶的阻抗特性。最后制作BSO基LCLV,实验证明该光阀的可行性。The paper presented the working principle and design requirements of an optically addressed liquid crystal light valve(LCLV) which was based on the ultraviolet light sensitive materials BSO crystal.Photoconductive properties of BSO were studied.The mechanism of BSO crystals' photoconductivity effect was discussed.The test method of the BSO crystals' photoconductive effect was design.The photoconductive properties of BSO crystals were measured.The measurement result indicated that the BSO crystals have the good photoconductive properties under ultraviolet light and the BSO crystals can be used as the photosensitive layer of the optically addressed LCLV.The impedance characteristics of liquid crystal are measured and concluded.Finally,BSO LCLV was fabricated.The results showed the light valve worked.
