腹腔镜治疗成人小肠套叠二例体会

摘　　要：目的探讨成人小肠套叠的临床特征,诊断方法与腹腔镜手术的治疗方法。方法回顾性分析2010年至2011年我院收治的两例成人小肠套叠的临床资料。结果 2例均有肠梗阻症状,均行腹腔镜手术治疗。术中见为小肠平滑肌瘤,术后病理均为小肠平滑肌瘤。全部治愈。结论成人小肠套叠的病因多为器质性病变。其诊断主要依据临床表现和辅助检查,腹腔镜治疗成人小肠套叠是一种安全有效的微创诊疗方法。Objective To Study Clinical manifestation,histopathological patterns,therapy , effective diagnostic methods and theraoy of laparosepic operation for small intestine of the adult tussception Methods The record of 2 cases in small intestine intussuseeeption of adult froom 2010 to 2011.Results Two Cases all had the sympotion of inrestinalobstruction and treatment by laparoseope. All were small intestine leiomyoma inSurgery.All were small intestine leiomyoma in pathology.2 cases all were cured. Conclusions The factor of the small intestine intussuseeeption in adult mostly have practie affection It＇s diagnosis basis are clinical situation and auxiliary examination. Treatmentof the laparoscpie in operation for small intestine of the adult tussception is safe and less traumatic methods.
