论张闻天对“非公”经济的认识与利用

摘　　要：张闻天运用马克思主义唯物史观创造性地提出了我国新民主主义时期五种经济成分构成理论,还就如何利用和引导带资本主义性质的"非公"经济的发展、保护民族工商业以有利于国计民生的理论,发表了许多重要而独到的见解,为我们今天引导非公有制经济发展,形成各种所有制经济平等竞争的新格局提供了理论来源。Zhang Wentian applied the principle of Marxism historical idealism that he creatively put forth the theory that five kinds of economic elements co-existed in our country＇s neo-democracy period,and expressed many important and original views on how to make use of and guide private capitalism non-public economy,how to protect and develop national industry and commerce,so as to be helpful to the national economy and the people＇ s livelihood.In this way,he offered the theoretical origin for us to lead non-public economy development to form current pattern of fair competition of all kinds of economic elements with different systems of ownership.
